SAP Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with 12+ years of expertise in leading and delivering successful SAP projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing end-to-end SAP implementations, overseeing project teams, and ensuring that all project milestones are achieved on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale SAP projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and SAP consultants to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Oversee SAP implementations, upgrades, and migrations, with a focus on SAP S/4 HANA and ECC solutions across various business modules.
• Ensure the effective allocation of resources, budget management, and project risk management throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders, including progress, issues, and resolutions.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth project delivery and managing change requests effectively.
• Collaborate with global teams, especially in regions where Arabic-speaking communication is required, to drive successful project outcomes.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and ensure continuous improvement in processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in SAP project management with a focus on SAP S/4 HANA and ECC implementations.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing large, cross-functional project teams.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules such as FICO, MM, SD, PP, and others.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Native Arabic speaking an added advantage for managing projects and coordinating with teams and clients in the MENA region.
• PMP, Prince2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
