Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Python Developer to join our team for a 2-month project with the potential for an extension. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python development and extensive experience with all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The role will involve working on Python desktop applications and migrating them to web applications, as well as optimizing and securing existing applications. Additionally, experience with database management using PostgreSQL and Python Qt5/6 UI is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Python-based desktop applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
• Migrate existing desktop applications to web applications while maintaining functionality and performance.
• Work with PostgreSQL databases for effective data management and integration.
• Design and implement user interfaces using Python Qt5/6.
• Optimize and secure Python applications, ensuring high-quality performance and protection against vulnerabilities.
• Implement enhancements and new functionalities to meet evolving business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Python development.
• Expertise in Python and comprehensive knowledge of all phases of the SDLC.
• Strong experience in Python desktop application development.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL for database management.
• Hands-on experience in migrating desktop applications to web platforms.
• Experience with Python Qt5/6 for UI development.
• Strong focus on optimization, performance improvements, and security of applications.
• Ability to enhance existing applications to adopt new features and functionalities.
