Oracle EBS Consultant (HCM)

Experience:

Oracle EBS Techno-Functional resource with minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS Technically strong across the Oracle EBS Technology Stack (EBS 12.2)

Skills:

Must Have:

Must have technical and functional expertise in EBS R12.2 HRMS Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, Fast formulas (Technical - 70% ,30% Functional).

Must have Designed and developed Web-Service (REST/SOAP )subscriptions (APIs) using Oracle Integrated SOA-Gateway (ISG). Implemented these Web-Services for External Applications by exposing through ISG. Created PL/SQL packages to call External Web-Services exposed to Oracle R12.

Strong experience in Interface, Conversions, Reports, Workflow, PLSQL, User Hooks, API’s and developing Database Objects.

Analyse and modify code to meet R12.2 coding standards’ & Sound understanding of Oracle ERP Architecture

Experience in creation of Technical, Functional and Testing documentation.

Ability to understand business problems and develop technical Solutions.

Perform technical analysis to resolve issues.

Good to Have:

Knowledge & Experience in other modules like Finance/SCM Modules.

Experience in Oracle Application Framework technology (OAF), oracle Application Development Framework and JDeveloper (Java, J2EE).

Experience in UNIX, LINUX scripting for concurrent jobs processing.

Experience in AME configurations and design.
