Key Responsibilities: 

  •  Nurture leads through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups. 

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, ensuring a proactive approach to lead qualification. 

  • Build strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their learning needs and aligning them with EXC Academy’s programs. 

  • Meet and exceed revenue targets by closing deals and upselling premium courses. 

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and lead progress in CRM tools. 

  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to refine sales strategies and improve conversion funnels. 

Requirements: 

  • 3+ years of proven sales experience in the EdTech industry, with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets. 

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage diverse audiences. 

  • Strong understanding of sales pipelines, and lead-generation strategies. 

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Passion for education and technology, with a focus on delivering value to learners.
