Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Salesforce development, customization, and integration, along with the ability to design and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. As a Salesforce Developer, you will work on various Salesforce projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce tools.
• Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Implement complex customizations such as workflows, validation rules, triggers, and process builders.
• Develop integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and third-party applications.
• Optimize and maintain existing Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with the QA team to ensure thorough testing of all developed solutions and components.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the platform’s capabilities.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Assist with the deployment of Salesforce releases, including bug fixes, enhancements, and new features.
   

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools.
• Knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.
• Hands-on experience with data modeling, SOQL, and data manipulation in Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and governor limits.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
