SF RCM RMK Consultant

Job Description: We are seeking a Consultant specializing in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management & Recruiting Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the recruitment processes using SAP SuccessFactors tools and implementing effective recruiting marketing strategies to attract top talent. You will work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs, configure and customize the SAP SuccessFactors platform to align with their requirements, and provide ongoing support and training.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment processes and objectives.
Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management module to meet client requirements.
Implement recruiting marketing strategies to enhance candidate attraction and engagement.
Provide expertise in areas such as job requisition management, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients' HR teams to ensure effective utilization of the SAP SuccessFactors platform.
Analyze recruitment data and provide insights to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in recruitment management and marketing.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to the SAP SuccessFactors platform and provide timely resolutions.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

Min 6- 8 years technical experience in SAP SuccessFactors RCM, RMK modules including implementation and configuration, Support knowledge.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Experience in recruiting marketing strategies and tools is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Modules is a plus.
