Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. 

  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to align SuccessFactors solutions with business requirements. 

  • Design and configure recruiting processes, job requisitions, candidate pipeline management, and interview scheduling in Employee Central. 

  • Ensure seamless integration with payroll, talent management, and other HR modules. 

  • Provide expertise in end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, talent acquisition strategies, and compliance with hiring regulations. 

  • Develop data migration strategies, testing plans, and post-go-live support frameworks. 

  • Drive change management and user adoption for SAP SF Employee Central solutions. 

  • Stay updated on SAP SF best practices, new releases, and regulatory requirements. 

  • Train and mentor HRIS teams, consultants, and end users. 

Required Qualifications & Skills: 

  • 6+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and core HR processes. 

  • Proven experience in SAP SF Employee Central implementation, configuration, and support. 

  • Strong understanding of HR business processes, payroll integration, and compliance regulations. 

  • Hands-on experience with SAP SF Recruiting Marketing and Recruiting Management and other HR modules. 

  • Ability to integrate SAP SF with third-party applications and enterprise systems. 

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities. 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. 

 

Preferred Certifications: 

  • SAP Certified Application Associate - SuccessFactors Employee Central 

  • SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Payroll Certification 

  • SAP SF Recruiting Associate Certification or Talent Acquisition-related certifications
