Position Summary: We are seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Consultant to help our clients design, implement, and optimize their Performance & Goals module within SAP SuccessFactors. As a consultant, you will be responsible for working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure the solution, and ensure seamless integration with other modules and HR processes. Your expertise will support the deployment of a high-impact performance management solution that aligns with organizational goals and drives employee engagement. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of the Performance & Goals module within SAP SuccessFactors. 

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze performance management requirements, aligning the solution with organizational goals. 

  • Configure the SuccessFactors Performance & Goals system to manage performance appraisals, goal setting, feedback processes, and development plans. 

  • Customize performance review templates, rating scales, and other performance-related settings to ensure they align with business requirements and best practices. 

  • Implement and configure SMART goals functionality, cascading goals, and alignment with team and organizational objectives. 

  • Guide clients in setting up performance and goal management processes, including performance calibration, 360-degree feedback, and continuous feedback systems. 

  • Integrate the Performance & Goals module with other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Compensation, Learning) to ensure a seamless HR ecosystem. 

  • Assist in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting solutions within SuccessFactors, enabling clients to track employee performance and goal achievement. 

  • Provide support and expertise during UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure that performance & goals solutions are fully tested and validated. 

  • Deliver end-user training and documentation for the Performance & Goals module, ensuring clients are self-sufficient in managing the solution post-go-live. 

  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for performance management systems, resolving issues and continuously improving processes. 

  • Stay current with the latest SuccessFactors updates, new features, and industry trends to deliver optimal solutions to clients. 

  • Work with project managers and other consultants to ensure timely and successful delivery of Performance & Goals projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field. 

  • 5+ years of experience implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals module. 

  • Strong knowledge of performance management processes, goal setting, and appraisals in an organizational context. 

  • Expertise in configuring and customizing performance review templates, goal setting, rating scales, and feedback processes in SAP SuccessFactors. 

  • Experience with SMART goals configuration and cascading goals functionality within SAP SuccessFactors. 

  • Solid understanding of the integration between Performance & Goals and other SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central, Compensation, and Learning. 

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address client needs and pain points. 

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with business and technical teams to deliver optimal solutions. 

  • Ability to facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders to gather requirements and provide recommendations. 

  • Experience with SuccessFactors reporting tools (e.g., Performance & Goals Analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud) is a plus. 

  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals is highly desirable. 

  • Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies is an advantage. 

Preferred Skills: 

  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors HCM integration and advanced configuration techniques. 

  • Knowledge of organizational development best practices and performance management frameworks. 

  • Exposure to other SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Compensation, Recruiting, Learning). 

  • Experience in implementing continuous feedback or 360-degree feedback systems in SuccessFactors. 

  • Ability to design and deliver effective training materials and conduct user training sessions.
