  • Configure SAP HCM Payroll modules including Payroll, Time Management, and Benefits Administration.
  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of SAP HCM Payroll implementation and support projects, from gathering requirements to go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Analyze business requirements, identify gaps, and propose SAP solutions to meet client needs.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their payroll requirements and provide tailored SAP solutions to optimize payroll processing.
  • Provide end-user training, documentation, and support to ensure seamless adoption of SAP Payroll processes.
  • Perform detailed analysis of payroll data, test payroll runs, and ensure compliance with relevant payroll regulations and tax laws.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, Finance, IT) to ensure alignment and integration of payroll processes.
  • Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to maintain system functionality.
  • Provide guidance to junior consultants and support team members on best practices and SAP payroll functionality.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll with proven expertise in configuring and implementing SAP Payroll modules.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll-related processes, including tax calculations, deductions, benefits, and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, PT, etc.) integration with Payroll.
  • Expertise in SAP Payroll interface design and third-party integrations.
  • Solid understanding of legal, tax, and compliance regulations related to payroll in different regions.
  • Experience in handling complex payroll scenarios and troubleshooting payroll issues.
  • Proficient in SAP Time Management and benefits configuration.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • SAP HCM Payroll certification is a plus.
