• Lead the SAP FICO team in designing, configuring, and implementing SAP S/4HANA solutions for finance and controlling.
• Manage and deliver successful SAP FICO implementations, ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives.
• Provide expert-level guidance on SAP FICO modules, including integration with other modules like MM, SD, and PP.
• Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
• Support and lead the full implementation lifecycle, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live support.
• Ensure the integration of SAP FICO with other business systems and provide end-to-end solutioning.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of SAP FICO modules in line with business requirements.
• Lead workshops and training sessions for end users, ensuring knowledge transfer and system adoption.
• Conduct system troubleshooting and performance tuning to ensure optimal operation of SAP FICO solutions.
• Provide continuous improvements in SAP FICO solutions based on evolving business needs.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of experience working with SAP FICO, with hands-on experience in configuration and implementation.
• At least 1 successful implementation experience in S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Overall minimum of 2 SAP S/4HANA implementations (on-premise or cloud) with full lifecycle experience.
• In-depth understanding of SAP FICO modules including Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO), as well as integration with other SAP modules.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and familiarity with the latest functionalities and innovations in SAP’s financial management solutions.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and guide junior consultants and other team members.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• A solid understanding of accounting and financial processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
