• Lead the architecture and design of SAP S4 HANA solutions, including functional and technical requirements gathering, solution definition, and implementation.
• Provide expertise in SAP best practices, industry trends, and solution designs that align with business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, cost-effective, and high-performance SAP solutions.
• Lead end-to-end SAP S4 HANA implementation projects, including blueprinting, configuration, integration, testing, and go-live activities.
• Oversee S4 HANA migration projects from legacy SAP systems (ECC, SAP R/3) to S4 HANA, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption.
• Develop migration strategies, roadmaps, and ensure data integrity during migration.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business needs, translating them into SAP technical solutions.
• Provide strategic recommendations for SAP roadmap and digital transformation initiatives.
• Serve as the primary SAP point of contact for senior leadership and various departments.
• Provide thought leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior architects, consultants, and other team members.
• Lead and conduct workshops, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions for team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP S4 HANA with other enterprise applications (CRM, SCM, BI, etc.).
• Evaluate and optimize system performance to enhance overall efficiency.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical and business-related challenges, proposing effective solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP trends, tools, and technologies (S4 HANA, Fiori, SAP Cloud Platform).
• Advocate for continuous improvement practices, innovation, and adoption of new SAP features.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 14 years of experience in SAP architecture and solution design.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP S4 HANA implementations (including migration and post-go-live support).
• Proven track record in managing large-scale SAP implementations across multiple business functions.
• Experience with multiple SAP modules such as SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and integration with other enterprise systems.
• Deep understanding of SAP S4 HANA architecture, deployment, and integration methodologies.
• Strong expertise in SAP Activate methodology, HANA database, and Fiori UI/UX.
• Proficient in designing and implementing SAP solutions for business process optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to propose innovative solutions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work across business and technical teams.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
• SAP certifications (SAP Certified Technology Associate – S/4HANA, SAP Certified Application Associate – S4 HANA or equivalent) preferred.
