SAP ABAP FIORI Manager

Core Responsibilities

• The SAP Developers is responsible for executing SAP S/4 HANA developments (e.g. ABAP programming) as well as has advanced programming knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA development and testing, full knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA overall, and firm understanding of SAP architecture.
• The Developer is involved in all phases of a life cycle implementation, including development of specifications, prototypes, design, configuration, testing, go-live, user training and post production support, 
• The SAP Developer works closely with our functional configuration consultants to ensure accuracy and completeness of functional requirements, creates technical specifications and the development of programs according to specifications.
• The Developer is responsible for technical component delivery and participates in full integration testing and assumes responsibility for testing the application code from a technical perspective to verify that programs follow standards and meets technical specifications. 
• The Developer will actively participate in work groups and work sessions with functional and technical consultants.
• Responsible for working on system defects and change requests, to include performing research in order to determine the root cause of known issues, documenting findings, implementing a fix, thoroughly testing that fix, and updating existing documentation, when necessary.

Self- Management Responsibilities

• Agree on the performance goals at the beginning of the year in discussion with the reporting manager
• Take personal initiative and strive to achieve high levels of proficiency on all the tasks to be performed as a part of the role
• Actively seek inputs from superiors and peers, to identify opportunities for improving own performance and developing own capability
• Identify the training and development requirements for self and agree on them with the reporting manager
