Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Head with expertise in managing Time and Material (T&M) deployments. The ideal candidate will lead the talent acquisition strategy, ensure timely and efficient resource onboarding, and manage a diverse pool of professionals for dynamic project requirements. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and deep knowledge of T&M deployment models.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 
  1. Talent Acquisition Strategy:
    • Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with T&M project needs.
    • Build a flexible talent pool to meet dynamic and short-notice client demands.
  2. T&M Deployment Expertise:
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Time and Material contracts, ensuring quality and timely delivery of resources.
    • Collaborate with project managers to understand and fulfill workforce requirements for ongoing and upcoming deployments.
  3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding resource requirements and deployment timelines.
    • Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with business goals.
  4. Vendor and Resource Management:
    • Liaise with staffing vendors to source quality candidates for T&M projects.
    • Evaluate vendor performance and maintain a reliable network of partners.
  5. Compliance and Contract Management:
    • Ensure all contract workers and processes comply with labor laws and company policies.
    • Negotiate and finalize contracts with candidates and vendors.
  6. SLA Management:
    • Define, monitor, and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for recruitment processes.
    • Ensure timely delivery of resources and adherence to agreed performance metrics.
  7. Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Use recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve the efficiency of the hiring process.
    • Maintain detailed records of candidate pipelines, resource allocations, and deployment performance.
  8. Leadership and Team Management:
    • Lead and mentor the recruitment team, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and innovative recruitment practices to continuously improve hiring processes.
 
  1. Educational Background:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
  2. Work Experience:
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 10 years focusing on T&M deployment models.
    • Proven track record of managing high-volume and dynamic hiring needs.
  3. Skills and Competencies:
    • Deep understanding of Time and Material (T&M) contracts and deployment workflows.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and workforce management tools.
    • Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment metrics and optimize processes.
    • Experience in defining and managing SLAs within recruitment operations.
