Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2-5 years of experience to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the recruitment process end-to-end, identifying top talent, and building a strong talent pipeline for various functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, a passion for sourcing top-tier candidates, and the ability to engage with stakeholders to meet organizational hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for a variety of roles across functions, from sourcing to offer stage.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and role-specific needs.
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other innovative sourcing techniques.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
- Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for future openings.
- Use data-driven insights to improve the recruitment process, enhance candidate experience, and reduce time-to-hire.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to refine job descriptions and ensure roles are marketed effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment tools, and best practices to continuously improve the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a consulting or technology environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong decision-making abilities and keen attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
