- Design, develop, and deliver training programs focusing on:

- Business Etiquette Training
- Soft Skills & Corporate Training
- Communication & Public Speaking
- Time & Stress Management
- Leadership Skills Training
- Customized Career Development Program and Guidance
- Corporate Governance
- Strength-based Training
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to individuals and groups, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques and methodologies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback mechanisms, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and customize programs accordingly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to power skills and professional development.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their ongoing development and growth.
- Maintain training records and documentation to track participant progress and program outcomes.
- Create the framework for the assessment of candidates.
- Evaluate candidates for certification.
- Assess needed personality traits and skills to make the organization work better.
