Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner to join our team in UAE. The HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in managing HR operations, driving employee engagement, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, performance management, and training and development, along with exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage employee relations, address grievances, and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and local regulations.
  • Drive performance management initiatives, including appraisals, goal-setting, and feedback sessions.
  • Plan and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth.
  • Partner with leadership to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Conduct interviews, support talent acquisition efforts, and ensure seamless onboarding for new hires.
  • Monitor and analyse HR metrics to make data-driven decisions and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations, and Performance Management.
  • Strong expertise in Training and Development and HR Policy Implementation.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and local employment regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle employee grievances and conflicts with sensitivity and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Experience in conducting interviews and managing talent acquisition processes.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
