  1. Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design scalable and efficient integration solutions using SAP CPI.
  2. Development: Develop integration flows, scripts, and mappings in SAP CPI to connect various systems and applications, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
  3. Integration Mapping: Create and configure integration mappings, transformations, and routing rules to enable data exchange between different systems and platforms.
  4. Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Implement monitoring and alerting mechanisms in SAP CPI to proactively identify and resolve integration issues. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
  5. Security: Ensure the security and compliance of integration solutions, including data encryption, authentication, and authorization.
  6. Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize integration processes for better performance and efficiency.
  7. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of integration solutions, configurations, and best practices.
  8. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery.
  9. Client Interaction: Interact with clients to gather requirements, provide updates on project progress, and address any concerns or questions.
  10. Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the integration team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) with a strong understanding of SAP Integration Suite.
  • In-depth knowledge of integration design patterns, SAP CPI adapters, and connectors.
  • Proficiency in SAP CPI development tools, including the Integration Flow Editor and iflows.
  • Experience with SAP Process Integration (PI/PO) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • SAP CPI certification is a plus.
