AI Developer (4+ Years Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled AI Developer to design and build intelligent, scalable Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems. In this role, you will work end-to-end—from data processing and embeddings to vector search, LLM integration, and production-ready APIs using Python and Flask.

Key Responsibilities

• Build robust pipelines for document ingestion, semantic/token-based chunking, and vector embeddings
• Manage and query vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma) to retrieve relevant contextual data
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, LLaMA into RAG workflows
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Flask for AI-powered applications
• Optimize system performance including retrieval accuracy, latency, and context handling
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI solutions in production environments (preferably on cloud)

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with strong exposure to RAG pipelines
• Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with Flask
• Experience with embedding models, chunking strategies, and LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex)
• Familiarity with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, or similar
• Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM optimization techniques
• Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
