Position Summary: Exalogic Consulting is seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors & HCM Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors solutions and SAP HCM projects. As a strategic advisor, you will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their HR and talent management requirements, create robust architecture solutions, and drive the implementation of end-to-end HR technology solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of both SAP SuccessFactors and traditional SAP HCM solutions, combined with a passion for driving business transformation through innovative HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and HR strategy.

Provide expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, and Onboarding, as well as SAP HCM core modules (Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management).

Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements, map them to SuccessFactors and HCM solutions, and design an optimized, scalable system architecture.

Guide the integration of SuccessFactors with other SAP modules (such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP) and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.

Provide leadership on technical architecture decisions, ensuring best practices are followed for SAP SuccessFactors and HCM implementations.

Conduct gap analysis between client requirements and the existing system architecture, and design solutions that bridge these gaps.

Lead the configuration and customization of SuccessFactors and SAP HCM modules, collaborating with functional consultants and development teams.

Oversee the technical testing of solutions to ensure high-quality, reliable, and scalable HR systems.

Provide thought leadership in HR technology strategy, including innovations in employee experience, talent management, workforce planning, and analytics.

Guide clients through the process of defining key HR metrics and configuring reporting solutions (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, SuccessFactors reporting tools).

Manage and mentor junior consultants and functional teams, fostering their growth and providing technical guidance.

Lead and support pre-sales activities, including RFP responses, demos, and proposals related to SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions.

Collaborate with project managers to deliver projects on time and within scope, ensuring that client objectives are met effectively.

Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in SAP SuccessFactors, HCM technologies, and best practices in the HR domain.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions, with a strong focus on architecture, implementation, and integration.

In-depth expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Compensation, and Learning.

Strong knowledge of SAP HCM core modules such as Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, etc.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration with SuccessFactors and SAP HCM modules is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of HR business processes, including talent management, workforce planning, employee lifecycle management, and payroll.

Experience in designing and implementing complex integrations between SuccessFactors, HCM, and third-party systems (e.g., vendors, BI tools).

Expertise in data migration, security, and compliance requirements for SuccessFactors and HCM solutions.

Proven track record of leading large-scale SAP HCM and SuccessFactors projects, from design to go-live.

Ability to provide strategic guidance to C-level and senior business stakeholders regarding HR technology and digital transformation.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Leadership experience in managing teams of consultants and driving project success.

SAP SuccessFactors certifications (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, etc.) are a plus.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Fiori, and reporting tools.

Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.

Experience in global HR transformation projects and multi-country implementations.

Knowledge of industry trends in HR technology, including AI, machine learning, and automation.
