Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Change Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead and implement change initiatives across enterprise-wide projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing change strategies, stakeholder engagement, communication plans, and ensuring successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational transformations.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify change impacts and create tailored adoption plans.

Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Conduct impact assessments, gap analysis, and readiness evaluations.

Develop and execute communication plans, ensuring transparency and stakeholder buy-in.

Design and deliver training programs to support employees through transitions.

Identify and mitigate risks associated with change implementation.

Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and leadership to ensure seamless integration of changes.

Monitor and report on change adoption metrics and effectiveness of initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

10+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Transformation, or Business Process Improvement.

Expertise in change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s Change Model, Lewin’s Change Theory).

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Hands-on experience in enterprise-wide transformation projects.

Proficiency in creating change impact assessments, training materials, and communication plans.

Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

Experience with digital transformation, ERP/CRM implementations, or IT change initiatives is a plus.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
