Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead and implement change initiatives across enterprise-wide projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing change strategies, stakeholder engagement, communication plans, and ensuring successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational transformations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify change impacts and create tailored adoption plans. 

  • Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals. 

  • Conduct impact assessments, gap analysis, and readiness evaluations. 

  • Develop and execute communication plans, ensuring transparency and stakeholder buy-in. 

  • Design and deliver training programs to support employees through transitions. 

  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with change implementation. 

  • Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and leadership to ensure seamless integration of changes. 

  • Monitor and report on change adoption metrics and effectiveness of initiatives. 

Required Qualifications & Skills: 

  • 10+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Transformation, or Business Process Improvement. 

  • Expertise in change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s Change Model, Lewin’s Change Theory). 

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. 

  • Hands-on experience in enterprise-wide transformation projects. 

  • Proficiency in creating change impact assessments, training materials, and communication plans. 

  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. 

  • Experience with digital transformation, ERP/CRM implementations, or IT change initiatives is a plus. 

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. 

 

Preferred Certifications: 

  • Prosci Change Management Certification 

  • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) 

  • PMI-ACP or PMP (Project Management Professional) 

  • ITIL Certification (for IT change management roles)
