Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with deep expertise in the Onboarding module and a proven track record of implementing and optimizing SuccessFactors solutions for clients, particularly in the South African market. The ideal candidate will play a key role in requirement gathering, solution design, system configuration, and post-implementation support.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end implementations and optimizations of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (1.0 and/or 2.0).

Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into technical requirements.

Configure, test, and deploy onboarding solutions in SuccessFactors in line with client needs.

Deliver tailored onboarding experiences, ensuring compliance with local South African labor regulations and HR practices.

Provide expert-level consulting during discovery, blueprint, realization, and deployment phases.

Conduct user training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Payroll, Recruiting, and Employee Central consultants.

Continuously review and improve existing onboarding solutions based on client feedback and evolving business needs.
Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years of overall experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors.

8+ years hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Onboarding (1.0 and/or 2.0).

Strong understanding of SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and Employee Central.

Proven experience with clients in South Africa; familiarity with regional HR compliance and cultural context.

SAP SuccessFactors certification in Onboarding preferred.

Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate technical details in business terms.

Strong documentation and presentation skills.

Experience working in multicultural/global project teams is a plus.
