SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. 

• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to align SuccessFactors solutions with business requirements. 

• Design and configure onboarding processes, new hire workflows, document management, and compliance tracking in Employee Central. 

• Ensure seamless integration with payroll, talent management, and other HR modules. 

• Provide expertise in new hire experience, preboarding activities, and compliance with onboarding policies. 

• Develop data migration strategies, testing plans, and post-go-live support frameworks. 

• Drive change management and user adoption for SAP SF Employee Central solutions. 

• Stay updated on SAP SF best practices, new releases, and regulatory requirements. 

• Train and mentor HRIS teams, consultants, and end users. 

Required Qualifications & Skills: 

• 6+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and core HR processes. 

• Proven experience in SAP SF Employee Central implementation, configuration, and support. 

• Strong understanding of HR business processes, payroll integration, and compliance regulations. 

• Hands-on experience with SAP SF Onboarding 2.0 and integration with Employee Central and other HR modules. 

• Ability to integrate SAP SF with third-party applications and enterprise systems. 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. 

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities. 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. 

Preferred Certifications: 

• SAP Certified Application Associate - SuccessFactors Employee Central 

• SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Payroll Certification 

• SAP SF Onboarding Certification or HR Onboarding-related certifications
