Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise in Compensation Management, Learning Management System (LMS), and Payroll. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules, and will be responsible for delivering high-quality consulting services to our clients.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Compensation Management, LMS, and Payroll, to meet client requirements.
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and meetings with clients to understand their business processes and needs.
  • Provide expert advice and best practices on SAP SuccessFactors functionalities and capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems.
  • Conduct end-user training and support clients during the go-live and post-go-live phases.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SuccessFactors modules and provide timely support to clients.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases, enhancements, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a focus on Compensation Management, LMS, and Payroll.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Experience in conducting requirement gathering sessions and translating business requirements into system configurations.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet client needs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and team members at all levels.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) in Compensation Management, LMS, and/or Payroll is a plus.
