SAP Program Manager

Job Summary: 

We are seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager with 15+ years of expertise in leading large-scale SAP implementations, migrations, and transformation programs. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end program management, ensuring successful delivery of SAP solutions aligned with business objectives. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage SAP programs from planning to execution, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. 

• Develop program roadmaps, project plans, and governance structures. 

• Coordinate and oversee multiple SAP projects across different business functions. 

• Engage with C-level executives, stakeholders, and IT teams to align SAP strategies with business goals. 

• Ensure seamless SAP S/4HANA migrations, upgrades, and cloud transformations. 

• Drive risk management, quality assurance, and compliance within SAP programs. 

• Optimize resource allocation, budgeting, and cost management. 

• Lead change management initiatives to enhance adoption of SAP solutions. 

• Stay updated on SAP innovations, best practices, and emerging trends. 

• Mentor and guide project managers, consultants, and technical teams. 

Required Qualifications & Skills: 

• 15+ years of experience in SAP program and project management. 

• Proven expertise in managing large-scale SAP implementations and transformations. 

• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Cloud, and integration strategies. 

• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project methodologies. 

• Proficiency in SAP Activate methodology and program governance frameworks. 

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. 

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation abilities. 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Management, or related field. 

Preferred Certifications: 

• SAP Certified Application Professional - SAP S/4HANA 

• PMP (Project Management Professional) 

• PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) 

• Prince2 Practitioner
